Friendly staff, clean, mantinence is kept up with

I have lived here for sometime with my two boys and we love how close it is to places to eat an shop. I have only had a few maintance problems but what apartment doesn't. I have read that the aprtment had dog waste problems but from what i could see it wasnt the managementss fault but rather the residents who do not care if there dogs do there bussines and not clean up after them. Plaza managiment put up several dog waste stands so residents can grab bags and use them to pick up the waste and some residents are just not using them. I want to say, Thank you plaza for putting them up. Also the pool were great till someone vandalized them during the summer. So thats why the pools are green and gross . Yet again not the propertys fault, just people that do not care. The apartments are older, but realy livable. The price is good too. I Want to say thank you to the ladys in the office i have had several rent issues and they have always worked with me in making a payment.

It's a very comfortable environment, but parking spaces are tight.

That the aparments are nice and open, u have everything you need in one complex. They work with you and anything you need. The ladies in the from are courtious and very helpful. They will try everything to get you into an apartment that suits you.

That it's awesome. You're not too far away from anything in San Angelo except maybe like "Downtown". It's easy to give people directions to get to, there's a Stripes right next door AND the residents aren't all rowdy college students. The apartments feel cozy, more "homelike" and the girls in the office are sweet and helpful. I've personally never had any problems with anything and when I needed something fixed maintenance was easy to get a hold of and they promptly came to fix the issue.

The office staff is very friendly. the apartment its self is beautiful and very well maintained the moment we stepped into the apartment it just felt like home. I would definitely suggest anyone whos looking for a quiet, good place to live should pick this place!

Great place, no real complaints other than the place being quite popular so at times a parking space is hard to find. The walkways are a little dark at times for the stairways if your neighbors don't have their lights on though
